WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during vacations and sales seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once you place your order, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).
WILL YOU CHARGE TAXES AND CUSTOMS?
The prices shown on our site are tax-free in Euro €, which means that you may be required to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and customs related fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
