5 Jotas Shoulder

Approx. 5.6 kg. shoulder from purebred Iberian pigs produced in the wooded pastures of Jabugo, Huelva, where they are fed on acorns and natural herbs, thus obtaining a food rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals.
